2006 DV Lottery Registration Begins November 5, 2004

Applications for the 2006 Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery will be accepted between November 5, 2004 and January 7, 2005. All applicants are required to register electronically, online through the U.S. Department of State website, www.dvlottery.state.gov during the 2-month period for registration. The 2006 DV Lottery is the second year of electronic registration. Paper and mail-in applications for the DV Lottery registration will be rejected.
